Jalen Cooper's coordination and play speed remind us of Jalen McMillan at the same stage. McMillan was a bit heavier and had verified track markers. Both were highly productive as high school prospects.

Not enough on film yet to project a level. Add more game film and verified measurables to unlock a full projection.

Undetermined

A developmental projection today — keep adding film, measurables, and reps, and your evaluation grows with your game.

Starter-caliber traits for a Power 4 program (SEC, Big Ten, Big 12, ACC). Squarely on major-conference radars.

Power 4

Blue-chip traits — a high-priority Power 4 target with the tools to contribute early at the highest level.

Blue Chip

The top of the scale — national-caliber talent that every major program pursues, with a clear NFL trajectory.

Elite / Top 100

Thin technician with some of the best route-running and ball skills among 2025 wide receivers. Has a narrow frame, checking in at around 6-foot-1, 170 pounds before his senior season. Test as a good athlete in the combine setting and is tough to cover in camps. Shows his high level of technical proficiency on Friday nights. Easily stacks corners off the line of scrimmage. Has a plan within his routes. Understands angles and body position. Shows the speed to separate vertically. Quality ball tracker. Finished his senior season with 59 catches for 1,257 yards and 12 touchdowns, following up a 23 touchdown junior year. Had a standout performance at the Navy All-American Bowl after his senior season. Will have to add weight and strength to hold up on contact. Was often schemed open in his high school offense. High level of technicality points to a strong floor as a prospect with his ultimate upside hinging on continued physical development.
