Personal Life
After earning three-star status coming out of LaGrange (Georgia) Troup County High School, Jamari Thrash began his college career at Georgia State. During his time with the Panthers he earned all-league honors multiple times and finished fifth in GSU history in receiving yards (1,752), eighth in receptions (104) and tied for sixth in TD receptions (12). Thrash transferred to Louisville ahead of the 2023 season, and he made a big impact for the Cardinals despite battling through injuries for most of the season. Thrash had breakout performances against Indiana with 159 yards receiving and a touchdown and 120 yards against Pitt. He also started the season off with a two-touchdown game against Georgia Tech.
