It’s a loaded day of women’s hoops. Here’s your daily watchlist for 12+ hours of good basketball.

BE SEATED AT ALL COSTS

These are the games you’re going to want to skip work for – the ones that will tell us a whole lot about the best of the best.

6pm: Davidson vs. Miami (ESPNU)

Miami is a team with high expectations that have yet to be tested. This Davidson squad, built with plenty of international talent, could give them some trouble on a neutral court.

6:30pm: Florida State at Florida (SECN)

I love a good rivalry — and this year, it feels fairly evenly matched. That is, if Liv McGill plays. She was out due to injury in the Gators loss at Navy and FSU’s Solé Williams was out against Indiana. If healthy, this could be really fun.

7pm: Mississippi State at Texas Tech (ESPN+)

These are two of the biggest wildcards in the country for me. Mississippi State completely retooled this offseason and Texas Tech added some impactful pieces. This game should give some clarity on both teams potential.

7:30pm: Tennessee at MTSU (ESPN+)

Tennessee hasn’t looked at its best lately and they’ll play a road game at a very young (but talented) MTSU. This is a good opportunity for the Lady Vols to get back on track, but it could be interesting.

8pm: South Dakota State at Gonzaga

Two of the best mid-majors in the country facing off? I’m seated. South Dakota State made my Top 25 this week and facing Gonzaga gives them the opportunity to stay there. The Zags performed really well against Stanford the other night, though, and could certainly make this competitive,

8pm: Duke at USF (ESPNU)

Duke has two early losses this season and will be looking for a route back into the Top 25. A win at USF is a great start. This is a really talented mid-major who can certainly put up a fight.

9pm: Iowa at Baylor (ESPN2)

The best game of the night comes in the form of an untested Iowa squad versus a Baylor squad with two quality wins. I’m looking forward to seeing Chit-Chat Wright in a big-time matchup against Taliah Scott, one of the best transfers in the country.

THIS COULD BE COMPETITIVE/FUN

These matchups are more than just your run-of-the-mill easy blowouts. While some of them have the potential to be, these games are an opportunity to see good teams test themselves early.

10:15am: Appalachian State at West Virginia (ESPN+)

11am: Saint Joseph’s at Columbia (ESPN+)

12:30pm: Troy at Missouri (SECN+)

2:30pm: Saint Mary’s at Cal (ACC Extra)

6:30pm: Cincinnati at Ball State (ESPN+)

7pm: Iowa State at Drake (ESPN+)

7pm: Fordham at Seton Hall (ESPN+)

7pm: Rutgers at Auburn (SECN+)

7:30pm: UL Monroe at Sam Houston (ESPN+)

10pm: UC Davis at Stanford (ACC Extra)

A DECENT LOOK AND/OR AT OPTIMAL TIMES

These games will either be a solid look at a team or they just fall at optimal times. If you’re in need of basketball to watch all day (like me), these are games to add to your list.

6pm: Longwood at Virginia (ACCN)

7:30pm: Houston at UTRGV (ESPN+)

WATCH YOUR TEAM WIN A BLOWOUT

The rest of the games here will likely provide no true competitive value – but you never know. These games are just a look at some P5’s playing teams they should beat with ease.

6pm: Niagara at Virginia Tech (ACC Extra)

6:30pm: Eastern Illinois at Michigan State (Big Ten+)

6:30pm: UNF at Georgia (SECN+)

7pm: Bethune-Cookman at Maryland (Big Ten+)

7pm: North Carolina at NC A&T

7:30pm: Tarleton State at TCU (ESPN+)

7:30pm: Little Rock at Arkansas (SECN+)

8pm: Alcorn State at LSU (SECN+)

8pm: NC Central at Wake Forest (ACCN)
