Kentucky high school football coach suspended for using inappropriate language

According to a report by the Lexington Herald Leader, a Kentucky high school football coach has been suspended for two games due to the use of inappropriate language.
Leslie County School District Superintendent Brett Wilson provided the outlet with a statement, with Leslie County head football coach Brian Hubbard, who is an alum of the Eagles, as the person handed the disciplinary action.
“The Leslie County School District holds all staff members, including our coaches, to high standards of professionalism and conduct,” Wilson said in a statement via the report.
“Following a report received after our most recent football game, the district conducted an internal investigation. As a result, our Head Football Coach has been suspended for two games due to the use of inappropriate language. It is essential that all employees model the respect and behavior we expect from our students and athletes. The district has addressed this matter directly with our Head Coach and appropriate corrective steps have been taken in accordance with district policy. Our focus remains on supporting our student-athletes, maintaining the integrity of our athletic programs, and ensuring that all interactions — on and off the field — reflect the values of the Leslie County School District.”
