Pittsburg

Pittsburg High School, located in Pittsburg, Texas, is one of East Texas’ historic public-school athletic programs and has built a proud tradition of success across multiple sports. Known as the Pirates, the school competes in the University Interscholastic League and fields teams in football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball, golf, tennis, track and field, cross country, powerlifting, and cheer. The Pirates are particularly recognized for football, where the program has captured district championships, made deep playoff runs, and produced collegiate athletes.
