Established in 1912, Post Falls High School (PFHS) is the sole traditional high school in the Post Falls School District. Serving grades 9–12, PFHS offers a diverse curriculum that includes academic, vocational, and dual credit courses. The school promotes academic excellence and school pride, adapting to the community's growth and needs. With black and orange as its colors and the Trojan as its mascot, PFHS fosters a vibrant school spirit.
