Rice

Rice High School, located in Altair, Texas, is one of the Coastal Bend’s respected small-school athletic programs and has built a proud tradition of competition across multiple sports. Known as the Raiders, the school competes in the University Interscholastic League and fields teams in football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, golf, tennis, track and field, cross country, powerlifting, and cheer. The Raiders are particularly recognized for football, basketball, and baseball, with programs that have earned district championships, playoff appearances, and produced outstanding student-athletes.
