River Falls

River Falls High School, located in River Falls, Wisconsin, is one of the state's most respected athletic programs and competes in the Big Rivers Conference as a member of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA). Known as the Wildcats, River Falls fields teams in football, basketball, wrestling, hockey, soccer, swimming, track and field, golf, tennis, volleyball, baseball, and softball. The school has achieved particular success in girls' hockey, with the co-op St. Croix Fusion program winning three consecutive WIAA state championships from 2009–2011. River Falls gymnastics has also earned multiple state titles, while the wrestling program has produced numerous individual state champions and state tournament qualifiers. With a tradition dating back more than a century, strong community support, and a Wildcat Hall of Fame established in 2011, River Falls has built a reputation as one of western Wisconsin's premier high school athletic programs.
