William Blount High School, located in Maryville, Tennessee, was established in 1979 and serves as a comprehensive high school for Blount County. Known as the Governors, WBHS offers a strong athletics program with teams in football, basketball, wrestling, and more, competing in the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association. The school promotes diverse extracurriculars, including a robust Air Force Junior ROTC program, fine arts, and technical clubs.
