He is to this point … and he’s not going to get to the level everybody projected him to be at. We can hope for some improvement, but he is what he is - a kid with a ton of potential that won’t be realized in the college game.

I posted this in another thread….
We are practically halfway through the season and Nate is who he is. I don't expect it to get much better this year.
I think he can be great, but we got him too early in his career. If he reaches his potential it will be in the NBA.
This is just another reason why we should live in the portal. College sports is now pro ball, and pro ball is played by grown men, not kids. I don't like it, but this is where the game is.

He was never going to live up to the big price tag. All potential that will be realized in the NBA. Should have never paid that amount for a one & done player that wasn’t ready.
Secondly, you did him absolutely no favors with this roster construction.

Is he going to be one and done? I don’t think he’s a 1st rounder at this point, not even for a loaded team like OKC who can afford to just reach on potential.
