I’ve always been of the belief that coaches focusing off the field on potential suitors end up suffering on the field during season. Think it’s pretty obvious

That’s because none of them are elite. It may happen down the road, but the hiring pool is pretty dry. Not to mention better jobs than AU are available and they’ve had a head start on vetting coaches and determining interest. HC searches are like musical chairs- someone is gonna get left out.

That’s because he’s already met his quota of losing for the year. Pre season 1 or 2 and shit his entire season away.

How many of those teams looked lost and hopelessly overmatched? Good teams can be well coached and still lose A game but our team looks bewildered and out of their depth week after week. Not the same.
