Do what you need to do, I am not abandoning my team despite being angry.

I'm gonna do the exact opposite and attend all of them. Like I was already planning. Also gonna do that weird thing that I do where I hope FSU wins. "We're all fans here. All the same." smh

And if anyone does go to the games, please wear a brown paper bag over your head. I’m not for boycotting the Noles but dang man. We are screwed. Change HAS to happen.

The players are mocking Norvell. Laughing at him. Every game left on the schedule is going to be an embarrassment.

We expect and elite attitude from our AD, coaches and players and those who really fund it all. yet fans talk like this which isn't an elite fanbase. Nebraska has sold out every game since 1962! Oklahoma for the past 159 games and both those programs have struggled. Yet when things don't go our way we publicly promote a boycott because the admin, AD and big money people aren't doing what the fans, who are the ones who don't have all the information, don't understand the complexity of the situation and many many layers involved and most are not on the list of people who are really funding all this. I am frustrated as well, I don't understand as well ... but... I have been around long enough to be able to admit, perhaps.. just perhaps... those who are living this situation every single day and have experience with it, just might... know more than I do. So I will continue to support FSU cause I don't run when times are bad.

FSU Football is kinda one of those things where if you start losing ppl stop coming.

I will never boycott our Noles. The entire team doesn't deserve that. Good way to get them all to abandon ship, even the ones you don't want to lose. Good way to to put negative vibes out there to potential recruits.

I am also going to do the opposite. My family and I will be at all remaining home games.

You're not getting a top 10 class. Now we have the run up to signing day with a ton of uncertainty. Heck we may not even have a coach to recruit the way this admin is doing things.

We've seen this movie before. Stands will be emptier. Boo birds will be out. Won't be a good look, and things you could have forgone if you had just made Malzahn the HC until further notice. I wrote checks from 2013 until WT's second season. Then I stopped. This was going to be the year that I considered back in. NOPE. Still incompetent.

curious, if Alford's message actually meant that Norvell was going to hand the keys to someone else as the interim head coach immediately and he was going to stick around for the rest of the year to willingly help through a successful transition and attempt to retain the 26 class, all while saving the school 5-7M in a reduced buyout, would you feel the same?

It really means absolutely nothing other than he isn't fired right this second and that can imply a ton of options

With social media what it is today and the coverage from podcasts, tv, radio etc, everyone will know how the alumni and fan base feels about this decision. Let’s not be low class and not show up to cheer for our school. It’s painful for sure but I’ll never stop cheering for us. One of the things I admire about a fanbase is passion. I love seeing schools like Nebraska sell out their stadium even when they are terrible. My hockey team, the Montreal Canadiens, sold out every game and packed the house when we were the worst team in the NHL a few years ago. It’s hard not to love those teams, schools, and franchises. Let’s do the opposite. Trust me. Everyone knows we all want Norvell gone. Boo his announcement as the head coach if you must (although I don’t agree with doing this either). But cheer for our team and encourage our players.

The message for change has already been sent. Hurting FSU more financially that will only delay change, so let's do that. SMH

Most people have no idea of the complexity and nuances of running a business, not to mention making decisions to the tune of over $100M.

We will be at all remaining games. We will not be wearing bags but sporting our colors as always. We will cheer for our team as always. We won't boo our team or coaches though. We reserve that for poor referee decisions!

Are you around the players? Do you know someone who is around the players daily? What makes you think they are mocking and laughing at Norvell?
