Most likely elevating coaches from support staff. Big time programs have several coaches capable of replacing existing game day coaches. Just another layer in today's college landscape.

If they keep Frank Wilson as the interim, that is purely a cynical move to keep the recruiting class.

doesn't mean that you can't enjoy their suffering, and they are suffering a lot right now.

Regardless of what happens, this is not a great look for LSU. Even if Kelly is retained after letting an unknown number of staff go, he's still on death row just waiting for the date. But, there's no justice if Woodward gets out of this without getting his bullet as well.

Watching Kelly rage and get in players and coaches faces, I don’t know why anyone would go there.

But would it really matter since he won’t be hired as the actual HC?

One of the things that I think has been driving this is that game demonstrated just how far behind they are compared to one of their 3 permanent SEC opponents.
