As usual, Holgorsen had some interesting things to say -- most notably about the impact of the USC loss and about Lateef's recovery.

@Steven Sipple - Heard yesterday that 7 of the Elite 11 from Dylan's class have transferred or planned to transfer this year. Yo.

I struggle with Dana saying "Get the best player...and we can mold our coaching around what the best player is." Not sure I saw that this year, things can change but I'd rather they find and identify a QB that's the best fit for this offense. I think it was clear that there were limitations to Dana's offense with Dylan, I'd rather not see that again by them "getting the best player".

We don’t have the line play yet and regardless, mobile QB’s make life so much harder on a defense. It’s not even a philosophy as much as it is common sense. You've spoken with Dom recently, did he ask you to not say what was actually going on or not tell you the truth? The program has catered to this family like we've never seen them do. The face of this program moved on and you yourself said this is a divorce between the family and the program. He immediately cut connections with Rhule and other players on social media. There's nothing to report other than he's simply just moving on?I’d like to hear what you know.

Holgorson certainly sounds engaged, and moving forward. I hope that's not just b.s. coach speak. We need him to stay at DONU at least through next season, if not longer; as Rhule punches up the defense.

Dean and Sip are not going to traffic in gossip, they are going to report what is confirmed and what they know to be true. probably they both would love to talk about everything they hear, but thats not how they do it. If the Raoila family told sip that it was off the record, and that matt rhule told them all fvck off, sip isn't going to run to the board and say something. conversely, if matt rhule or anyone on the staff told them in private that dylan was lazy and not worth it, they aren't going to tell you that either. of course dean, sip, and rob have heard things. probably a mix of things about what happened and when, but they don't know these things to be true or they do and were asked by the person confirming it not to discuss it publicly. in time, once details can be confirmed and shared in a professional way, they will share more. but you won't know everything they know until years have gone by and no one cares anymore if they share a story. they have been covering the team for 30 years and have dedicated their lives to this, show some respect for how a man chooses to do his job.I don't get paid for reporting these types of stories and don't have any information, that's why I have a membership here and am asking you or the HOL staff to report what's actually going on with the largest recruit in the history of the program with a deep family connection decided to just suddenly move on. We've heard for weeks now that he and Dom had spoken and was saying it was business as usual for the family, at least until the final check cleared. I'm not asking anyone for a play by play for what happened in Buford, or conversations between Rhule and Dylan. Was this Rhule moving on because he was sick of this? Was this the Raiola family unhappy with the program they fleeced for 2 years? Did we offer him less? Did we pull Dayton's offer or did he decommit on his own? Did we fire Donnie when Dylan decided to move on? We've gotten none of that since this thing began to unravel.every big story we go through this with the board simpletons. What I found interesting was Holgerson said Dylan was around for a couple days then he was gone. They have known for a minute that Dylan was leaving and have been evaluating talent for sometime. That would be my guess anyway.

How about asking him for an interview that way some of these questions us Scrollers all have might be answered.
