As you know, visits do resume tomorrow as the dead period ends at midnight on Wednesday. In talking to sources and this much is obvious, we won't see as many official visitors come through like we did last week. That of course is because Mississippi State doesn't have as many spots left to fill and they already have 20 transfer additions. But as usual, I will post the visitors list for Thursday once I know if they have any visitors. South Carolina OL Josiah Thompson was going to visit Mississippi State on Thursday but ended up removing his name from the portal on Thursday morning and will return to South Carolina. Bottom line, just don't expect many more visitors the rest of the month.
Mississippi State is still in constant talks with North Carolina offensive tackle Miles McVay, as well, One source told me that could get done today but you never know how agent talks will play out. Not guaranteeing it happens today but something to watch.
