The rule is the top 5 FBS conference champs. No specific FBS conferences are listed. Theoretically, James Madison and USF could both end up being higher ranked conference champs than a 9-4 ACC champ thus leaving the ACC out

there has never been guaranteed spots for specific conference champs. it has been the five highest ranked conference champs.

The only difference from his year to last is the top 4 conference champs were the top 4 seeds. Now the top 4 seeds aren’t limited to only conference champs. There have never been auto-bids for specific conferences. It’s only ever been the top 5 ranked conference champs.

He goes to a LA inner city school to coach their all-black basketball team. Actually, a pretty good show with him trying to fit in and them accepting him. Anyway, one of the episodes features the black players singing Duke of Earl in the locker room.
