Ed Orgeron is interested

Kiffin may just hire him on our staff.

I’d definitely consider him as a d-line coach and maybe as a coordinator, provided he’s truly willing to recruit and to take that type of role.

I would love it if he was our DL Coach, but I’ve heard in the past that the admin would not sign off on us bringing him in. Maybe that’s changed

He probably shouldn’t bring his current d-coordinator and at least evaluate others.

Id be interested too. College coaches get paid really well.

Give him a DC title if that's what he needs to come back, but hopefully someone else is scheming it up for us.

If they’re hiring Lane that is a sign things have changed. And they (hypothetically) need to let him hire who he wants. Don’t think the same admin that employs KOS, TG, formerly Urban and is reportedly considering James Franklin is too concerned about problematic coaches. It was probably an issue of $ negotiations and they used that as a reason not to pursue him.

Yeah I would agree that hiring Lane would show they’ve changed. Let’s hope for that
