So you think Texas and Penn State deserve to be ranked higher than FSU? Penn State lost to an 0-4 team yesterday. UVA and Miami are a combined 9-1.

We were ranked at 18 and didn’t have far to fall out of top 25 after a loss. UT was ranked #9 and Penn State was #7 before games yesterday.

No I did not look at the list I’m saying FSU’s ranking was over corrected from where it was before the bama game and this is just putting fsu back where they belong.

And it's too much to ask voters to stop and reset after five games and use logic and actual results as they rank the teams?

Sec bias is real and I don’t see it going anywhere. Should the Noles be ranked? I’m not sure we only played three games and I’m not convinced UVA. Is all that.

why is anyone whining? win a couple if games and we are ranked again

This illustrates the fallacy rather than being a good reason. We should be willing to re-evaluate the entire season every week. Especially early on, the rankings should change wildly from week to week. What someone was ranked previously should have no bearing.

Penn State and Texas are garbage at this point. Neither should be ranked Imagine if we lost to an winless UCLA team?

He’s had to carry the team the last two games. Mistakes will happen. Virginia we couldn't afford to punt and Miami just was better than us and he didn’t play well until the fourth quarter. He was elite against Virginia despite the turnovers. Miami he wasn’t. Judge him against Pitt who’s a good defense and solid team but not going outman us. Heck judge the team in that game. Mike should get us to 6-2 from here and that should be the expectation but be fair to the kids and the program. 3-2 is where we hoped we’d be in august. Got there differently than expected but Virginia and Miami are better than expected

Texas lost to Ohio State and 2-3 Florida. Penn St lost to Oregon and 1-4 UCLA. We lost to Miami and 5-1 UVA. We also dominated #8 Alabama. It’s bias. AP got it right. Dropped those bums out of the poll and kept us in at 25.
