Is Bill Belichick a complete moron?

Here is a great recruiting pitch, come to UNC we are the only school in America that is banning pro scouts from watching you at practice. What recruit is going to want to go to program that is activity working to hurt their NFL draft stock? They have banned the Patriots from scouting practice, and all other scouts are only allowed a short time to view practice before having to leave.
