Jon Sumrall

I would love to be his agent right now. I bet there ar at least five AD’s in the SEC talking to that agent today. This man is going to have his pick of jobs for next year. I don’t think he will be going back to Kentucky, but I bet he is a candidate for Florida, Auburn, LSU, Arkansas and even Texas. I don’t think he would take the FSU job, as their support system is not there. the man was a success at Troy and has been the same at Tulane. I’m sorry, but there is not another Nick Saban out there today and we are going to have to accept that we are picky to have one of the ten best coaches out there. Come to think of it, I cannot nam nine better than we have.

If You’re AU and you think Sumrall is your guy, they’d need to move on Freeze.

He was my partner in a golf event for Troy Bank & Trust a few years ago. He was a cool guy, and kinda got the feeling he was going to get a shot at a big job some day

I’ve been thinking Florida for him. I think Kiffin stays at ole Miss or goes to LSU.

You have that one. He would be a great choice for Penn State, North Carolina, Virginia Tech, or anywhere but the SEC.

Kiffin must be grinning like a cheshire cat. The dominos are starting to fall and he stands to be the biggest beneficiary with all kinds of options.

I can live with Ole Miss, Florida, FSU, Penn St, etc. But I hope he doesn’t go to Auburn or LSU.

I like him and think he could win big somewhere but to be honest he’s just the latest hot up and coming coach that will win big somewhere. So have, many others never did.

If he goes to LSU, he can commute and not even have to purchase a new home.
