I’d be surprised if ND put themselves through that. Take the high road, go win it next year

Lowkey is the ACC not in some sort of breach of our contract with them as far as how much they sabotaged us?!

They've already looked at ACC contract and as a partial member, they actively pursued to hurt ND's chances of getting in over Miami. It doesn't matter what sport, they did so purposefully.

I think ND should consider this. For this to happen the committee had to not punish Alabama but punish BYU and then still use an arbitrary formula to have Miami jump ND after being behind them the whole ranking process and neither playing a game. There isn’t a logical answer and I’d want to have records released. It’s obvious what happened. They didn’t want the ACC left out.

Every other conference champion loser dropped in this pol except one. Since 2014 evry conference champion loser dropped including sec champions.

This was a power play by ESPN & the conferences trying to force ND to join a conference. They dont like ND not having to split their TV revenue & want a piece of it.

It's not just punishing BYU, they punished Ohio St, BYU, Virginia, and North Texas.

I am not for lawsuits but this cost us 20m and it is clear collusion and many other things. NCAA only answers to lawsuits. I sue Disney and a bunch of others.

Yep. Every single conference championship game loser dropped except 1. And last week it was claimed Alabama jumped us because bama and us are so close that a 4th down call flipped the margin. Not close enough to drop them after getting bent over though. Weird.

Does the contract give ND protections from that conduct as a partial member? If so why didn’t ND pursue action sooner?

Are most of the committee members from the south?

The ACC is the only one they should be trying to take some kind of action against.

Defense: "Your Honor. We never specifically mentioned Notre Dame, especially not to their detriment. We were merely promoting our conference team, who by the way, beat Notre Dame in their head-to-head matchup." Judge: "Dismissed."
