My guess is he levels down for a year, gets healthy and gets quality coaching for the first time in his collegiate career in an environment that doesn’t include the pressure that comes with being a UF starting QB. Lights up the G6 or Big 12 and then tiers back up for his senior season.

All the Lagway slander is crazy. OL could have blocked someone on 4th and 1, Tank could have caught the ball that hit him in the hands , refs could have made the correct calls/overturns, coaches could have coached better, blah blah blah so on soo forth. We lost to a better team. Get to work getting better have a chance to close strong still

Let me kill this thread right now: D.J. Lagway will continue to be the starting quarterback, AS HE SHOULD BE. Does he need to improve on some things? Absolutely he does. He missed two throws that would’ve been touchdowns that he needs to be more accurate with. What we’re not gonna do is sit here with a straight face and say every quarterback hasn’t regressed under the current staff. With a new and better coach (Lane Kiffin), a lot of things with Lagway can and will be fixed.
