Penn St will be wearing white pants, the storm trooper look wouldn't be as sharp with that. I personally love the idea of some all black and green unis.

Penn State has to ask Oregon for permission afaik; its not permitted by NCAA Rules for them to wear their road uniforms at home. edit: Looks like they have to ask permission from the opposing team BEFORE the season. So unless they have already agreed, they should be in their home uniforms.
