On the report linking Tony to SFG

As of right now, Tony has not told his close friends anything is done. We have reached out to both the university and to Tony for comment. University had none and Tony has not gotten back. Tony told The Athletic "nothing is finalized." Will continue updating this OP when new information is gathered. UPDATE: VQ asked Tony if he has agreed to become the manager of the Giants. His response: "I haven't." UPDATE: Tony has told some of his players that nothing is done. Need to do absolutely whatever it takes to keep him. He’s been such a bright spot for the university over the last couple years. He essentially has Nick Saban level recruiting rolling.
