He's really good and actually matches what Sark wants to do on offense.

Can we steal Eric Bienemy from being the Bears running back coach. We don't need him to be a play caller like he was at UCLA.
Andy was always the OC in Kansas City, but Bienemy was the enforcer who held people accountable.
I have a general gut feeling that Sark doesn't have that high standard for accountability and the fire that Saban had. You see the red ass in Kirby, but you don't see it in Sark.

1) he plans to make a change and
2) he plans to leverage the manning family network and advice to make the best possible hire

And as I think about it I dont like the idea of Bienemy, but I do think we need an asshole on the offensive side of the ball.
McDaniel is the NFL version of Sark. I think we need someone whose personality compliments Sark and brings more intensity to that side of the ball.
We feel soft and I don't think that changes with another players coach finesse guy in the building.
