I've been told to expect "very significant" roster turnover- as in the cupboard will be "pretty bare" on the offensive side of the football.
I've also been told that "almost assuredly" the hire will NOT come from the existing staff...which isn't a surprise.

so be it. I aint scared and to be honest, this roster that folks are so concerned about turnover for finished 6th in the AAC last season. just a fact.
2021 - 7th
2022 - 8th
2023 - 4th
2024 - 3rd
2025 - 6th.
a composite average finish of 5.6 rounded down to 6th. i give 2020 a pass, but that was 3rd.

Memphis will have no shortage of candidates. It's arguably the best job in all of the G5.
