I mean I don’t disagree, but the guy is followed by Pete Thamel, Jon Rothstein, SVP and many other media folks so he must be good at something. I don’t remember this Fresno state player ever being brought up.

I mean they took 21 transfers this year and some from big schools. We have a crap on them too if they want to play that game. It’s why the NCAA doesn’t have a taste for this and this ultimately goes nowhere.

You may be right (definitely hope you are) however it feels like we’ve seen this song and dance before. NCAA hands out immunity for everyone to punish Ole Miss. Hopefully the courts would help us because idk how you can say we’ll selectively enforce a rule here and not there. Personally I can’t wait for the day the NCAA no longer exists.

The ncaa has been radio silent for several years now. They might as well stay that way and disperse. It would be doing college sports a big favor.

It's why Keith Carter and Pete aren't saying anything, they know most of this is total BS. The NCAA gets multiple cases of tampering reported every month. Rival fans are doing nothing but trying to add to the frenzy by posting non stop anti Ole Miss stuff thru various forms of social media. The majority of the schools don't like Ole Miss being a top 10 program. The so called blue bloods want us back in our proper place and the crap programs, see MS State, are trying everything to bring us down to their cruddy level. We're catching it from every angle. That's why it's very important for Pete and his staff to use the proper channels in recruiting. Everyone is watching hoping for a chance to pounce. Obviously, what it appears Lane is doing is over the top. Keith has Tom Mars already assisting Trinidad. I hope he has him prepared to lower the boom in the courts if this doesn't fade in the near future.

The why is his narcissism. For Kiffin it has to be that he is the only person great enough to make Ole Miss a winner. Also, He needs to get revenge on Ole Miss Because he couldn't Take all the players he wanted to with him to LSU. Classic narcissist, I'm the only one that can be great and do this, if he feels someone has made him look bad He must destroy them.

All of that makes sense and he’s certainly demonstrated some/most of those things. I just want him to go away.

He wanted a statue built; his name put on the stadium; coach the playoffs; be allowed to take whatever players he wanted with him; and the fans to fawn over him and say, “Thanks mighty Kiffin. Burn our place down because we are nothing without you.” Of course, what that means is that he wanted to burn Ole Miss down either way. Once he made the decision to leave, we became a despised place to him. We were no longer good enough for him and never really were in his mind. He is a total jerk.
