Even if he did hate him or felt disrespected, that didn’t mean he had to leave. I’ve disliked a lot of my bosses and some I didn’t respect at all. I never made a decision to stay or leave because of one person. I work in education and have stayed at my job for 18 years because I care about the place and the people I serve
