The most important thing about our next coach

Is that ultimately he will go to work, do his job, and go home. while we all have our favorites and wishlists for who takes the job, let’s keep perspective that if we had a HC that just went to work and did his job, we very well are a playoff team in one of the last couple years. with a professional in charge the sky is the limit.

We went 9-3 with a head coach DMing adult film actresses and stalking his assistant to try to hide their affair. We might have a ball club if we hire an adult who is willing put in a solid 9 to 5 lol

If you were to do a survey, I bet you find it’s mostly offensive guys who have these issues. Just look at our own staff over the years.

I think that's fair to say for this year, last year's team had limitations that weren't fixable just by providing proper leadership. Part of the coach doing his job was not to choke off his own teams offense in important games as well.

FACTS. At least Urban Meyer knew how to balance the debauchery with the actual preparation. Sherrone was strictly an amateur.

A professional coach doesn’t enter the season with Davis Warren and Alex orji as his QBs most likely

Warde needs to make sure the next coach wants this job for reasons beyond the sex.

A lot of that was a timing issue because of when he got the job after Harbaugh left and all of the QB's had already gone elsewhere and the line lacked our typical talent base as well. But certainly those weren't reasons or excuses this year.

It was a choice to let the spring window close without taking a QB

When Mateer fell through there wasn't anyone left in the portal and they didn't think there was anyone obviously better to go after and it would have been someone they would have needed to poach away from somewhere else at that point

Jordan McCloud. I don’t know how anyone is giving literally any decision of the Sherrone Moore era grace/benefit of the doubt anymore. With everything we know now it is highly likely that there were multiple different, superior, decisions that could have been made that he as HC did not make.

It starts with personal and professional integrity...those are paramount and something (most) great leaders have...it's why men want to play for you. Without those essentials, failure is inevitable. With them, you can win championships...and breed leaders on and off the field.
