A = Deboer, Minter B = Dillingham, Lea C = Fisch, Drinkiwitz Mystery Grade = John Harbaugh I like Minter most as a coach, but I think we get a bigger and better package with Deboer. After that Dillingham would be the last person I’d be super excited about.

I'd love to get Minter but I don't see him leaving the NFL, where he's likely a head coach soon.

Why would Minter come here if Warde is anywhere near this program

Why would Jesse Minter want to recruit as college head coach when he can be an NFL head coach

I honestly don't’t see anyone from the last coaching staff wanting to work with Warde, so that means Jesse would be out. I would love to have him though, if he hired an elite OC.

Minter would be fantastic. Just not sure how it works with the NFL season still having at least 4 more weeks to go not counting playoffs. And to be honest coaching in the NFL seems much better than dealing with everything that comes with running a college football program these days. Whoever we get I hope is here for the long haul and has the enthusiasm for everything that comes with college football (coaching, recruiting, NIL, wild wild west portal days, etc.) to get the program back to where it should be.

I would love for Minter to get the job, but the NFL is where I believe he wants to be.

might move Deboer to B+ just due to the stark contrast in his coaching philosophy to what Michigan has been historically, Thank Drink falls in the B range too. Other than that, I agree with your tiered ranking

I would say: A= Lea, Minter B=Dillingham, Deboer C= Screw it

Minter is under a show cause until April. I guess there are ways around it, but it’s an obstacle.

maybe he doesnt hate Warde as much as Harbaugh...perhaps there is a promise that Warde is out on a specific timeline and perhaps Minter will have a strong voice in choosing next AD. Idk but I'm sure there are ways to work around the presence of fat guy in a little coat

"Because $40 million talks." But he probably wouldn't come with the admin like it is. Or "would be advised against it."

ESPN just showed Bryce's Twitter removed all Michigan stuff except a photo.

What are they paying in the NFL nowadays? He has to be a hot commodity.

We are not hiring any one tied to this most recent era. The powers that be will want a break and fumigation after all this drama and controversy the last few years.
