I want Beamer to be successful here, but thanks for asking the tough questions Jack. It is good to see people be held to a higher standard, so thank you for asking the question we all would love to ask.

Shane needs to nut up and change his style. It's done all the time in business and sports. Some just can't do it, though.

I agree he needs a new OC but he needs to change his offensive philosophy first.

He handled that very well. Kind of like my 5 year old granddaughter when she doesn’t get her way.
