It would be so disappointing to lose 5 before he meets his potential

Matayo - not surprising. The surprising thing is he or someone close to him realizes it.

Is that what you got from that?

I wonder what a guy in the mid rounds stands to make in NFL versus staying and collecting NIL? AI says mid 2nd round is ~1.5 Mil annual salary. What would A',aura or Tuioti of others who are most likely not 1st rounders expect to make in NIL? You'd certainly hope that Bo Nix would be a great example for why they should come back and potentially dominate and increase their draft stock.

Poncho and one of Matayo or Tuioti coming back would be big and obviously Dante.

Stating the obvious...I think some of these decisions will be impacted a lot by how far the Ducks go in the playoffs.

Poncho and Matayo back would be HUGE for both lines breaking in new starters

Any thoughts on Bear? Bringing back one edge and one DT would be really nice

What does substantial pressure from the NFL side mean in regards to Moore? They can tell him he's a top 10 pick and then he decides to go or not. What other pressures do they apply?
It’s probably just agents and scouts etc…just constantly trying to get him to declare is all.

I’m happy for Dillion, stock was kinda meh in October then he played great in November. While it sucks to lose him we gotta let the young guys eat too

In a normal year I'd have no doubts about Dante returning for a second season as the starter. But this is shaping up to be one of the worst/shallowest QB draft classes in recent memory, hence the really high draft projections he's been getting.

Really no reason for guys to go pro early anymore unless they are for sure a day 1 or 2 pick. Troy Franklin could have made way more money coming back for his senior year in 2024 instead of getting picked in the 4th round.

I'm kind of surprised that you're saying Tuioti seems more likely to go than Matayo. Tuioti has probably had a better season overall, but his draft stock seems lower and his dad is obviously on staff. That being said, as long as we get Dante and Poncho back for next year I'll be extremely optimistic. I think every other position can be backfilled adequately by either our young players or the portal, if necessary.

Tuioti probably sees that he won’t be able to improve his stock even with a good senior campaign. He might be who he is as a player. I would love to have him back, though and think he would be a top player next year in CFB.

Bear is probably NFL bound. He has probably played himself into a day 2 pick. I don't think Poncho is coming back, dude has kids and he is a finalists for the Remington. Sadiq is a freak of nature but I actually think he has the most to gain by returning. He could be a sure fire 1st rounder. Stewart seems like a lock to come back. Moore is probably the #1 pick with another year but it would be hard to turn down a top5 money. Theineman coming back would be amazing but I don't see it happening either.

Sadiq is already a surefire first rounder. There’s no reason to come back, especially with how banged up he gets.

He has the 3rd best TE stats in the country. Only 2 TE's went 1st round last year. He is probably on the bubble of the 1st as is but definitely not a lock. He could be a top10 pick with a great season.
