Lee’s Summit (Mo.) North four-star wide receiver Isaiah Mozee has narrowed his recruitment down to eight schools.

The 6-foot, 190-pounder announced on Tuesday that he’s down to Arkansas, Oregon, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Nebraska, Georgia and Oklahoma.

Mozee is the No. 119 overall prospect and No. 17 wideout in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the top-ranked player in Missouri.

Missouri, Oklahoma, among those at the front of the pack

Missouri and Oklahoma have had Mozee on campus the most of his finalists. The Sooners are the heavy favorites for his pledge, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM). Wide receivers coach Emmett Jones is helping lead OU’s recruitment of the blue-chipper.

“I like Oklahoma a lot. Shoot, Oklahoma is definitely one of my top schools right now,” Mozee told Sooner Scoop in August. “That’s my guy. I like Emmett. That hire was a big hire for Oklahoma. He’s really cool. The fundamentals, but he’s a real genuine dude. Even outside of football, he’ll text me ‘what’s up’ or ‘how you doing’ or just clips to work on my game. So I like Emmett a lot.”

The Sooners and Mizzou were at the forefront of the recruitment of Lee’s Summit North 2024 Five-Star Plus+ EDGE Williams Nwaneri, who pledged to the Tigers in August. Oklahoma’s 2025 class already includes Mozee’s teammate, three-star defensive lineman Ka’Mori Moore.

Oregon has also been consistent in Mozee’s recruitment, as he’s visited Eugene three times, with the latest trip coming at the end of July. The Ducks have also made an impression thus far.

“The people of oregon make it great,” Mozee told ScoopDuck. “I just love the environment, every time it’s great.”

The WR impressed at the UA Next Future 50 in Bradenton (Fla.) back in June. On3’s Sam Spiegelman had this to say about the rising wideout:

“Mozee had sure hands and tracked the ball at a high clip. At 6-foot and 190 pounds, he’s also built with a frame to work in space. The Sooners will be tough to beat for one of the best from the Midwest in 2025.”

Mozee does not currently have an On3 NIL Valution. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
