2025 TE Jackson Accuardi commits to West Virginia while in town for spring game

DeForest (Wis.) Area 2025 tight end Jackson Accuardi gave West Virginia head coach Neal Brown and the Mountaineers his commitment on Saturday while visiting Morgantown for the spring game.
The 6-foot-7, 225-pound Accuardi chose the Moutaineers over offers from Michigan State, Missouri, Indiana, Purdue, West Virginia, Colorado, Louisville, Duke, Illinois and Iowa State.
“The place is awesome and I love the coaching and culture here!” Accuardi told On3.
“The people here are amazing. Everyone in that building has you in their best interest. Knowing you have people who support you here is awesome!”
Tight ends coach Blaine Stewart is leading the charge in recruiting Accuardi. He will be back The Weeknd of May 31 for his official visit.

Accuardi is a high-upside tight end and he believes West Virginia has the recipe to get the best out of him.
“How they view me fitting in their offense,” Accuardi said. “They see me a lot like their current tight end Kole Taylor. Just knowing how they plan to use me is big!”
