3-star DL Damonic Williams completes saga by committing to TCU
Mission Hills (Calif.) Bishop Alemany three-star defensive lineman Damonic Williams has had a whirlwind two days.
Williams went on a visit to TCU over the weekend, and came away very impressed from the school. He decommitted from California on Tuesday, but then told 247 Sports that he was going to sign with the Golden Bears.
That will not be the case of Williams committed to the Horned Frogs during National Signing Day.
It was truly a flip-floppy recruitment.
He is the No. 602 overall player in the country, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the 69th-best defensive lineman in the nation and the No. 45 player from the state of California.
