San Diego (Calif.) Madison three-star interior offensive lineman <a href="https://www.on3.com/db/jonah-rodriguez-64465/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Jonah Rodriguez</a> will be announcing his commitment on Oct. 27. He is choosing between <a href="https://www.on3.com/college/arizona-wildcats/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Arizona</a>, <a href="https://www.on3.com/college/arizona-wildcats/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Arizona State</a>, <a href="https://www.on3.com/college/fresno-state-bulldogs/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Fresno State</a>, <a href="https://www.on3.com/college/nevada-wolf-pack/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Nevada</a>, <a href="https://www.on3.com/college/san-diego-state-aztecs/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">San Diego State</a> and <a href="https://www.on3.com/college/syracuse-orange/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Syracuse</a>.



Rodriguez is the No. 1,049 overall prospect and No. 99 interior offensive lineman in the 2023 cycle, according to the <a href="https://www.on3.com/db/rankings/consensus-player/football/2023/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">On3 Consensus</a>, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 87 player in California. 



On3 rates Rodriguez higher than other recruiting services, according to the <a href="https://www.on3.com/db/jonah-rodriguez-64465/industry-comparison/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Industry Comparison</a>. Even though he isn’t ranked in the <a href="https://www.on3.com/db/caleb-downs-16957/">2023 On300</a>, Rodriguez is the No. 74 interior offensive lineman and No. 64 player in California.

According to the <a href="https://www.on3.com/db/jonah-rodriguez-64465/recruiting/123664/rpm/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine</a>, it is a close race between two schools for Rodriguez’s commitment. San Diego State currently holds the highest odds for his pledge at 46.1%, while Nevada has the next-best chance at 40.3%.



RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with <a href="https://spiny.ai/">Spiny.ai</a> to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college. 



It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.
