4-star RB Ousmane Kromah flips commitment from Georgia to Florida State

Leesburg (Ga.) Lee County four-star running back Ousmane Kromah has flipped his commitment from Georgia to Florida State.
Kromah had previously been committed to the Bulldogs since October 5, when he chose them over the Seminoles, as well as Auburn and a number of others.
Mike Norvell and Co. hosted him over the summer for an official visit, then got him back on campus in the final weeks before the signing period.
After mulling his options once more, Kromah decided to go with the out-of-state program. FSU was the first to offer Kromah, all the way back in 2021.

The 6-foot-0.5, 215-pounder is the No. 92 overall prospect in the 2025 class, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also ranks as the nation’s No. 4 running back and No. 13 recruit in the Peach State.
Kromah is yet another big win on the trail for the Noles on National Signing Day. He now helps headline a class that now ranks No. 24 in the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings. Kromah could be an instant impact piece for new FSU offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn.
“I heard he’s a great coach,” Kromah said of Malzahn earlier this month to Warchant. “Don’t know him. Don’t know who he is… I’m gonna do my research when I get home. But my quarterback, Weston (Bryan), loves him. So I’m gonna take his word for it and I’m gonna check him out.”
