Keep in mind, the Big 12 only seeds wrestlers No. 1 through 8 with the rest placed in the bracket.

125 lbs.

Missouri Athletics

1. Noah Surtin (Missouri)
2. Troy Spratley (Oklahoma State)
3. Stevo Poulin (Northern Colorado)
4. Tanner Jordan (South Dakota State)
5. Jore Volk (Wyoming)
6. Kysen Terukina (Iowa State)
7. Jett Strickenberger (West Virginia)
8. Trever Anderson (Northern Iowa)

Surtin is the favorite in this weight class but Spratley is not to be trifled with. Poulin could certainly make noise as the three seed to bust the bracket.

133 lbs.

OSKT Athletics

1. Daton Fix (Oklahoma State)
2. Evan Frost (Iowa State)
3. Dominick Serrano (Northern Colorado)
4. Derrick Cardinal (South Dakota State)
5. Julian Farber (Northern Iowa)
6. Kade Moore (Missouri)
7. Hunter Leake (Cal Bapist)
8. Garrett Ricks (Wyoming)

Fix is the heavy favorite to win this bracket. The three-time national finalist could end up winning NCAAs as well. It’ll be quite surprising to see anyone else win this weight.

141 lbs.

Anthony Echemendia on Instagram

1. Anthony Echemendia (Iowa State)
2. Tagen Jamison (Oklahoma State)
3. Cael Happel (Northern Iowa)
4. Jordan Titus (West Virginia)
5. Clay Carlson (South Dakota State)
6. Josh Edmond (Missouri)
7. Haiden Drury (Utah Valley)
8. Cole Brooks (Wyoming)

Echemendia has been a revelation for the Cyclones at this weight since coming into the program. A dark horse to watch in this weight class might be Carlson. He’s one of the toughest guys around.

149 lbs.

Iowa State Athletics

1. Casey Swiderski (Iowa State)
2. Willie McDougald (Oklahoma)
3. Ty Watters (West Virginia)
4. Jordan Williams (Oklahoma State)
5. Alek Marti (South Dakota State)
6. Maxwell Petersen (North Dakota State)
7. Gabe Willochell (Wyoming)
8. Logan Gioffre (Missouri)

This is one of the more open weight classes in the conference. Swiderski is certainly the favorite, but one to watch out for is Williams, who could meet up with him in the semifinals.

157 lbs.

Northern Colorado Athletics

1. Vinny Zerban (Northern Colorado)
2. Ryder Downey (Northern Iowa)
3. Teague Travis (Oklahoma State)
4. Cody Chittum (Iowa State)
5. Brock Mauller (Missouri)
6. Cael Swensen (South Dakota State)
7. Landen Johnson (North Dakota State)
8. Jared Hill (Oklahoma)

It’s been a great year for Zerban and he’s earned the No. 1 seed. A fascinating quarterfinal matchup between Chittum and Mauller is going to be must-see TV.

165 lbs.

Missouri Athletics

1. Keegan O’Toole (Missouri)
2. David Carr (Iowa State)
3. Peyton Hall (West Virginia)
4. Izzak Olejnik (Oklahoma State)
5. Giano Petrucelli (Air Force)
6. Cael Carlson (Oklahoma)
7. Tanner Cook (South Dakota State)
8. Cooper Voorhees (Wyoming)

This is a loaded weight class in the Big 12 but all eyes are on the potential final. O’Toole and Carr’s impending four matchup could be for the top seed at NCAAs. And this could be the national final in two weeks. Get your popcorn ready.

174 lbs.

1. Cade DeVos (South Dakota State)
2. MJ Gaitan (Iowa State)
3. Brayden Thompson (Oklahoma State)
4. Peyton Mocco (Missouri)
5. Jared Simma (Northern Iowa)
6. Tate Picklo (Oklahoma)
7. Gave Sax (North Dakota State)
8. Brody Conley (West Virginia)

DeVos could win this one for the Jack Rabbits but he’ll likely have to get through Mocco in the semifinals. Mocco could very well take this bracket for Mizzou.

184 lbs.

UNI Athletics

1. Parker Keckeisen (Northern Iowa)
2. Dustin Plott (Oklahoma State)
3. Bennett Berge (South Dakota State)
4. Colton Hawks (Missouri)
5. Will Feldkamp (Iowa State)
6. Asam Wolf (Air Force)
7. Dennis Robin (West Virginia)
8. Ethan Ducca (Wyoming)

Keckeisen and Plott could set up to be an epic final in the Big 12. The Northern Iowa Panther is the favorite to win it all at NCAAs but Plott has been extremely impressive. Watch out for Berge too.

197 lbs.

South Dakota State Athletics

1. Tanner Sloan (South Dakota State)
2. Stephen Buchanan (Oklahoma)
3. Rocky Elam (Missouri)
4. Evan Bockman (Utah Valley)
5. Wyatt Voelker (Northern Iowa)
6. Joseph Novak (Wyoming)
7. Luke Surber (Oklahoma State)
8. Austin Cooley (West Virginia)

Anyone from the top three could win this weight class this weekend. Buchanan is one of the scariest individuals on a wrestling mat. But Sloan is a national finalist and Elam is as good as they come.

285 lbs.

Air Force Athletics/Trevor Cokley

1. Wyatt Hendrickson (Air Force)
2. Younger Bastida (Iowa State)
3. Zach Elam (Missouri)
4. Josh Heindselman (Oklahoma)
5. Konner Doucet (Oklahoma State)
6. Tyrell Gordon (Northern Iowa)
7. Michael Wolfgram (West Virginia)
8. Kevin Zimmer (Wyoming)

Everyone is looking forward a final of Hendrickson and Bastida. Since the latter made the move to heavyweight, he’s looked the best of his career. Watch out for Elam, Heinselman and Doucet to make some noise though.
