WATCH: Brandon Graham shares emotional moment with family following NFC title win

Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham shared an emotional moment with his family after the team advanced to the Super Bowl.
Graham helped the Eagles defeat the San Francisco 49ers 31-7 to punch their ticket to Arizona. The Eagles veteran won a title five years ago in Philadelphia but this NFC Championship had its special moments.
But after a dominant win over San Francisco, Graham soaked it all in with an emotional moment with his family.
Graham had a tackle in the game and aided the tremendous pressure from the Eagles defensive front. Haason Reddick had two sacks and Javon Hargrave had another one.
The former Michigan star put together a bounce back season after playing just two games in 2021 due to an Achilles injury. This year, Graham had 35 total tackles, 19 solo tackles, 11 tackles for loss, 11 sacks (career high), two forced fumbles and one pass deflection.
