Fuqua, who worked at Georgia State with Glenn, had been the Panthers’ defensive coordinator and outside linebackers coach since 2017.
Glenn is the replacement for Tom Manning, who left Cincinnati for a tight ends coach job with the Indianapolis Colts. Fuqua will replace Greg Gasparato, who is being hired as the new defensive coordinator at Troy.
