Queen Creek (Ariz.) four-star quarterback and Clemson commit Tait Reynolds has been invited to compete in the Elite 11 Finals this summer in Los Angeles.

He’s the nineteenth QB to land an invite to this year’s showcase, joining a laundry list of top committed and uncommitted passers.

There are few higher honors for prep quarterbacks than being invited to the event, which will celebrate its 26th year in 2025. It bring together 20 of the country’s best quarterbacks for three days, ultimately ending with an MVP and 10 other ‘finalists’ being named.

Elite 11 Finals alumni include Carson PalmerAndrew LuckMatthew StaffordTim Tebow, and more recently Trevor LawrenceC.J. StroudBryce YoungDylan Raiola and DJ Lagway. Last year’s Elite 11 Finals featured more than a dozen of the top 20 quarterbacks in the final On3 Industry Rankings, including five of the top six players at the position.

Reynolds joins the following invitees in this year’s crop: Tennessee commit Faizon Brandon, Houston commit Keisean Henderson, Texas commit Dia Bell, USC pledge Jonas Williams, Miami verbal Dereon Coleman, Iowa State’s Jett Thomalla, Louisville commit Briggs Cherry, Texas A&M commit Helaman Casuga, Washington pledge Derek Zammit, Arizona State verbal Jake Fette, uncommitted four-star Landon Duckworth, Boise State commit Bryson Beaver, Florida pledge Will Griffin uncommitted four-star Matt Ponatoski, Duke pledge Terry Walker III, uncommitted four-star Bowe Bentley, Penn State commit Troy Huhn, and North Carolina commit Travis Burgess.

Reynolds is locked in with the Tigers

The 6-foot-1, 195-pound Reynolds has been committed to Clemson since July 2024, choosing them just a few short weeks after decommitting from nearby Arizona State.

“From the first moment I stepped on campus, I told my dad, ‘Man, this place is awesome,’” Reynolds told On3’s Chad Simmons at the time. “I worked with coach Riley and I hung out with coach Swinney. He had me in his office. I was the first 2026 quarterback that they offered, so that means a lot. I know they believe in me and it’s a place that I feel like I can be successful at.”

He loves the environment around the program as well, and he has been part of helping the Tigers build one of the best recruiting class in the country heading into official visit season.

“There was a lot of love there,” said Reynolds. “Everybody treated each other the same and was super nice and respectful. They treated me that way not just because I was a recruit and I was a guy that they wanted there. I could feel the love from all the coaches. It was definitely something different than most places.”
