A pair of Iowa State wide receiver commits in the 2026 class debuted as four-star prospects in the newly released Rivals300 on Monday morning.

Akron (Ohio) Walsh Jesuit standout Milan Parris and local Ames product Jeffrey Roberts each earned huge boosts this summer, each checking in with 90 ratings. Parris is considered the 190th overall prospect in the rising senior class, while Roberts checks in as the 230th.

The 6-foot-5, 200-pound pass catcher Parris shut his recruitment down early with a verbal to the Cyclones in late January. He had Power-4 offers from Cincinnati, Kentucky, Purdue and Wisconsin at the time. Maryland and Michigan State offered post-commitment, but Parris remained solid to head coach Matt Campbell and staff.

As a junior in 2024, Parris caught 28 passes for 597 yards and nine touchdowns. He averaged better than 21.3 yards per reception.

The in-state standout Roberts gave the coaching staff his commitment a few weeks prior to Parris’ announcement, choosing ISU over an offer from Kansas State.

He put up huge numbers as a junior, catching 38 passes for 989 yards and 12 touchdowns. He averaged 26 yards per reception. Roberts also returned a kickoff 98 yards for another score.

Iowa State’s 2026 recruiting class currently stands at 19 commits and the coaching staff could add a few more prospects in the coming weeks. On3 considers it the 58th-ranked class nationally and 11th out of 16 teams in the Big 12.
