Tampa (Fla.) Tampa Catholic four-star interior offensive lineman Eddy Pierre-Louis isn’t your prototypical offensive lineman. Dominant on the field, Pierre-Louis also has speed that not many 300-pound lineman can match

The 6-foot-3, 315-pounder flashed that speed Wednesday night as he ran the anchor for Tampa Catholic’s 4×100 relay team and led them to a third-place finish.

Pierre-Louis is the No. 276 overall prospect and No. 20 interior offensive lineman in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 41 player in Florida.

Pierre-Louis holds 40 total offers including 31 Power Five offers and the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine currently has Florida as the favorite to land a commitment from him at 39%.

While he is focused in on the track season, Pierre-Louis is also making time to take multiple visits before the summer. He visited Washington in January and took trips to Texas and Texas A&M last weekend.

Pierre-Louis talked with Auburn Live’s Keith Niebuhr in January and noted Oregon, Auburn, Alabama, Oklahoma, Clemson and Miami as other schools that have stood out to him. He hasn’t set any other visits yet but noted that he’d like to get back to Auburn sometime soon.

When it comes to wherever he commits, Pierre-Louis told Niebuhr that multiple factors will play into his final decision.

“The main thing for me probably is the depth,” Pierre-Louis told On3. “I do want to play early and I feel like I could play early because I feel like I can go anywhere and I can play. I want to see what their weaknesses are and what their strengths are. Me personally, I like the run game. RPO action and all that. Teams that do that, that stands out to me.”

Pierre-Louis currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $51K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
