South Bend (Ind.) Northwood athlete NiTareon Tuggle is one of the fastest-rising prospects in the 2024 class, as offers to continue to roll in for the nation’s No. 513 overall prospect in the On3 Industry Ranking.

ColoradoGeorgiaFlorida and Miami are among the schools to recently offer him, and he’s beginning to set up visits.

“It’s been hectic,” Tuggle told On3 earlier this week. “It’s been a lot, but I’m still enjoying it just day-by-day. It’s a blessing that I’m in this position to get all these offers and I work so hard for it. So I can’t complain about it.”

Tuggle will visit Texas A&M this weekend, and then will head to Big Ten country over the next few weekends to see Michigan (March 12), Michigan State (March 18) and Penn State (March 25).

Tuggle views his offer from Penn State on Jan. 17 as a turning point in his recruiting process. Since then, offers have been steadily streaming in.

“They really want me,” he said of the Nittany Lions. “They wanted me to come up and visit. It shows that they want to prioritize me. … I basically just hope to see the same energy they’ve been showing on the phone,” Tuggle said. “Just showing that they want me, like a good relationship. It’s gonna start with the relationship basically and just see how the vibes are from the campus to the coaches.”

Tuggle also had high praise for both Michigan and Michigan State:

Michigan: “I just feel like they caught my eye after the Ohio State game, like how they aired out the ball. I feel like I could see myself out there doing the same. They definitely have a great offense to where they got great running backs that open up the field for the pass game.”

Michigan State: “I also have a great relationship with the wide receivers coach and they already got a wide receiver commit, Nick (Marsh). I feel like me and him could be great together.”
