4-star SF Jasir Rencher sets commitment date, will announce live with On3
Jasir Rencher, a four-star small forward in the 2025 class, is ready to make his college decision. The 6-foot-5 senior out of Archbishop Riordan (CA) will announce his commitment live on the On3 Recruits YouTube Channel on Thursday, October 3rd at 5:30 PM PT / 7:30 PM CT.
His finalists are LSU, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, and Washington.
Rencher is the No. 107 overall recruit in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Rankings. He’s also the No. 21 small forward prospect. The On3 Industry Ranking is a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
Rencher talks final 5 schools
In a previous interview with On3, Jasir Rencher discussed his finalists.
New Mexico: “Love their style of play over at New Mexico. And they win which is one of the main things i want to be apart of.”
LSU: “Love what they’re building over at LSU. Have a great young core there to build around.”
Washington: “Coach Sprinkle was recruiting me over at Utah State. So we’ve built a relationship. Good at developing players.”
Oklahoma: “Built a great relationship with Coach Moser. Seen me play a ton.”
Texas A&M: “My first offer and i’ve just build a good relationship with the folks over at A&M. Have a great track record of sending people to the league (NBA).”
