More on Oklahoma vs. Baylor
Oklaoma has a recent upset win over Alabama, which was a No. 1 seed in the latest bracketology projections. However, that’s not enough for tournament consideration at this point.
Perhaps a win over a ranked Big 12 foe can boost the resume.
“That’s not going to be enough, I don’t think at the end of the day,” ESPN’s Joe Lunardi said of the Alabama win. “Unless they can pick up a game or two somewhere along the road that they’re not supposed to. WVU maybe an opportunity but they didn’t post.”

Seven of Oklahoma’s final eight games come against teams currently ranked in the top 25. So, while it won’t be easy, there is still time and a chance that the Sooners make a run at the NCAA Tournament.
Baylor head coach Scott Drew complimented the Baylor fans for showing such support to Jonathan Tchamwa Tchatchoua during his recovery, then explained just how incredible his journey back to the court was over the last 365 days.
“Senior night is always a real emotional time and this — what felt like a senior night, him checking in again — that’s why I’m so appreciative for the fans that were here today in the Baylor family that recognized him,” Drew said. “I mean, all the countless days and the struggles that he went through. I mean, on the lowest of his lows, I’m sure he wanted to know…will I ever be able to walk and run with my kids? You know, and now he’s back out there playing and that’s just — that’s a miracle.”
