WATCH: Peyton Manning takes hilarious jab at Tom Brady for coming out of retirement

The hilarious war of words continues between Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. This time, it’s Manning’s turn taking a jab at the now-un-retired Brady.
During an event Saturday, Manning said he sent Brady a hand-written note and a bottle of wine after he announced his retirement. Then, when the seven-time Super Bowl champion announced he was coming out of retirement, Manning had another message for him — with a much different tone.
“[The note] was long. Two pages,” Manning joked. “I mailed it to him, sent him a bottle of wine. He un-retires, and I’m like,’ I want the letter back.’ You got to read all these nice things, I want it back. I want the bottle of wine back, too.”
The comments came one day after Brady took a jab at Manning regarding his new Instagram profile. The Hall of Famer wasn’t on the app before, but Brady is a seasoned veteran in the Metaverse, so he took the chance to poke some fun at him.
Tom Brady roasts Peyton Manning on new Instagram account
Like he did many times during his NFL career, Tom Brady decided to have some fun at the expense of Peyton Manning. After the former Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos quarterback shared he’s joined Instagram, Brady took to Twitter to roast his greatest competitive rival.
