Placido makes college pick

5 foot 10 New Milford three sport star recent graduate Luis Placido has made his college plans.

Placido has decided to play baseball for Eastern University.

This past season he led New Milford to a 17-9 record.

He averaged 22.1 ppg with 23 treys and a high of 35

As a junior he notched 16.9 ppg

His sophomore season he notched 9.4 ppg

He finished his career with 1,277 points

he was a four standout on the baseball diamond where he finished with a career .392 average and 133 stolen bases
