Preseason All-ACC football teams, Player of the Year revealed ahead of 2025 season

Ahead of the 2025 college football season, the preseason All-ACC team as well as the player of the year has been revealed. The Clemson Tigers lead the way with 11 overall selections.

Clemson quarterback Cade Klubnik (146 votes) earns the 2025 ACC Preseason Player of the Year honor, and is QB1 in the conference’s preseason team. The next closest was Georgia Tech’s Haynes King with nine votes. Klubnik is coming off a career-best season having led the Tigers to the ACC title in 2024 as well as a College Football Playoff berth.

With Clemson taking up nearly half of the entire field on offense and defense, the rest of the conference’s selections are as follows: Pitt (3), Duke (2), Georgia Tech (2), Louisville (2), Miami (2), SMU (2), Florida State (1), NC State (1) and Syracuse (1).
