Quentin Moore injury update: Jedd Fisch reveals optimistic news on Washington TE after being carted off

Washington senior tight end Quentin Moore suffered an injury Saturday afternoon in the Huskies’ 24-7 loss to Michigan. The veteran was carted off the field during the first half and did not return to the game.
Prior to the injury, Moore was held without a reception. Over the course of his career, the Kenmore, WA native has hauled in 11 receptions for 120 yards and one touchdown.
“Q, from what I understand, is doing well in terms of obviously he’s moving all of his limbs and is fully cognizant and all the things we pray for,” Washington head coach Jedd Fisch said postgame. “It’s a case where we’ll just have to see what the full effect is of the injury.”
FOX’s Jenny Taft provided an update on Moore during the broadcast. She also provided insight on Michigan’s Evan Link, as the Wolverines offensive lineman was also carted off during the first half.
“It’s so hard when we see anyone carted off,” Taft said. “The update from Michigan’s Evan Link — he’s actually in the locker room right now, hoping to see his guys at the break. For Washington, we just saw Quentin Moore. I can tell you he did have movement when he was taken off the field.”
